  • 2 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

Instructions 

  1. Dissolve matcha powder in hot water.
  2. Add honey and stir until dissolved.
  3. Let it cool, then add cold water.
  4. Add fresh mint leaves and ice cubes.
  5. Stir well and serve.
