- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 2 tablespoon Matcha Powder
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil melted
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut and matcha powder.
2. Add honey, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil. Mix well until combined.
3. Scoop small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls.
4. Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
