- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, matcha powder, and maple syrup until well combined.
2. Add chia seeds and whisk again to combine.
3. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
5. Stir well before serving. Enjoy!
