Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the sour cream, matcha powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the center is set. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
