Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Matcha powder
  • 3 units Eggs Large
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and matcha powder, and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust in the baking pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
