Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup Melted butter
Filling
- 16 oz Cream cheese Softened
- 0.75 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Matcha powder
- 3 units Eggs Large
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan to form the crust.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and matcha powder, and mix well.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour the filling over the crust in the baking pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
