  • 2 lbs Russet potatoes peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Butter unsalted
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  2. 2. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. 4. Add the milk and butter to the pot.
  5. 5. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
