Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions 

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Pour in Marsala wine, simmer until reduced by half.
  4. Add chicken broth, simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, cook until thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with parsley if desired.
