Ingredients 

Pizza Dough

  • 1 ball Pizza dough store-bought or homemade

Toppings

  • ½ cup Tomato sauce preferably San Marzano
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place your pizza stone inside.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  4. Arrange the mozzarella slices on top of the sauce.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil. Add salt to taste.
