Maple Squash Pecans Recipe
A delicious and easy recipe combining the sweetness of maple syrup with the nuttiness of pecans and the earthiness of squash.

- 1 large Butternut Squash peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- ½ cup Pecans chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the squash mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the squash is tender and caramelized.
In the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle the chopped pecans over the squash and return to the oven.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
