  • 2 cups cooked squash
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the cooked squash, maple syrup, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the custard is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let it cool before serving.
