Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked squash
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a blender, combine the cooked squash, maple syrup, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the custard is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool before serving.
