Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and black pepper.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin on a baking sheet and brush with the maple mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
