  • 1 cup Pecans chopped
  • 3 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, heavy cream, and salt until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped pecans.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
