Main Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats and chopped pecans.
In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
