  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup and balsamic vinegar.
  6. Drizzle the maple mixture over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
