  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the maple glaze mixture over the salmon fillets.
