Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce low sodium
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and black pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the maple glaze mixture over the salmon fillets.
