  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and caramelized.
  4. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and maple syrup.
  5. Drizzle the mixture over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
