Maple Dijon Brussels Sprouts Recipe

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and caramelized.
In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and maple syrup.
Drizzle the mixture over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
