- 1 lb carrots peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the carrots with melted butter, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized.
