- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and tender.
