Maple Brussels Sprouts and Pecans Recipe

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- ½ cup Pecans roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 15 minutes, then add the pecans and roast for another 5 minutes.
Drizzle with maple syrup and toss to coat evenly.
Serve warm.
