  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ½ cup Pecans roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 15 minutes, then add the pecans and roast for another 5 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve warm.
