  • 1 large Mango peeled and diced
  • 1 medium Zucchini diced
  • 8 leaves Romaine Lettuce washed
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, zucchini, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Spoon the mixture onto the romaine lettuce leaves.
  3. 3. Roll up the lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
