Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter cold, cubed
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 unit egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoon cold water

Filling

  • 2 cups mango puree
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 unit egg
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cold butter. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Add egg yolk and cold water. Mix until dough forms.
  4. Press dough into a tart pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, mix mango puree, sugar, egg, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour filling into the baked crust. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  7. Let cool before serving.
