Smoothie Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango, diced fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Spinach fresh
- 1 cup Almond milk unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon Honey optional
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
