Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Mango, diced
  • 1 cup Red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 8 Taco shells
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  3. 3. Warm the taco shells in a separate pan or in the oven.
  4. 4. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp, mango, red cabbage, and avocado slices in each shell.
  5. 5. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
