Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 Mango, diced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. 4. Add red bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in mango and soy sauce.
  6. 6. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. 7. Season with salt and serve hot.
