Instructions
1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
4. Add red bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Stir in mango and soy sauce.
6. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
7. Season with salt and serve hot.
