Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined small size
  • 2 Mangoes, diced
  • 1 Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Cucumber, diced
  • 1 Jalapeño, finely chopped optional
  • ½ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Chop the shrimp into small pieces.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, mangoes, red onion, cucumber, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  3. 3. Pour lime juice and orange juice over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Mix everything well and let it sit for about 10 minutes to marinate.
  5. 5. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or on its own.
