Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 Mango, diced
  • ½ cup Red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, salt, and black pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Serve the shrimp topped with mango salsa.
