Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Mango, diced
- ½ cup Red bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, salt, and black pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
3. Serve the shrimp topped with mango salsa.
