Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced mango
  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste
  • 1 baguette, sliced about 12 slices

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Top each toasted baguette slice with a spoonful of mango salsa. Serve immediately.
