Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Top each toasted baguette slice with a spoonful of mango salsa. Serve immediately.
