- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup diced mango
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out a bit of the flesh to create a larger cavity for the salsa.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
3. Spoon the mango salsa into the avocado halves.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
