  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out a bit of the flesh to create a larger cavity for the salsa.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
  3. 3. Spoon the mango salsa into the avocado halves.
  4. 4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
