  • 2 Ripe Mangoes peeled and diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • ½ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red bell pepper, and red onion.
  2. 2. Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil. Mix well.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss everything together until well combined.
