- 1 cup Fresh mango, diced
- ½ cup Fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ¼ cup Pine nuts
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Olive oil

1. In a blender, combine mango, basil, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and garlic.
