Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh mango, diced
- ½ cup Pesto sauce
- 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in the pesto sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Add diced mango and cook for an additional minute.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
