Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh mango, diced
  • ½ cup Pesto sauce
  • 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the pesto sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add diced mango and cook for an additional minute.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
