Instructions

Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, cherry tomatoes, and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread pesto on each toasted baguette slice.
Top with the mango mixture and serve immediately.
