Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • 1 cup Mango diced
  • ½ cup Pesto
  • ¼ cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, cherry tomatoes, and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread pesto on each toasted baguette slice.
  5. Top with the mango mixture and serve immediately.
