Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mango puree
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 2 tablespoons of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, milk, and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Do not let it boil.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin mixture until fully dissolved.
  4. 4. Add the mango puree and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. 6. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh mango slices.
