Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Mango puree
  • ½ cup Condensed milk
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoon Pistachios, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it reduces to half.
  2. 2. Add the condensed milk, sugar, and cardamom powder. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let it cool. Once cooled, blend the mixture with mango puree until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into kulfi molds and sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
  5. 5. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
