- 2 cups Mango, diced
- 1 Habanero pepper, finely chopped Remove seeds for less heat
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, habanero pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
2. Add the lime juice and salt. Mix well.
3. Let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
