Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Mango diced
  • 1 unit Habanero Pepper finely chopped
  • 1 unit Red Onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 8 unit Taco Shells
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 unit Lime cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced red onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add black beans, cumin, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in diced mango and chopped habanero. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Warm taco shells in a separate skillet or microwave.
  6. Fill taco shells with the black bean mixture.
  7. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
