Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add diced red onion and cook until translucent.
Add black beans, cumin, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in diced mango and chopped habanero. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Warm taco shells in a separate skillet or microwave.
Fill taco shells with the black bean mixture.
Serve with lime wedges on the side.
