Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets White Fish such as tilapia or cod
  • 1 cup Mango diced
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 8 tortillas Corn Tortillas small
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 lime Lime cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season fish fillets with chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Drizzle olive oil on the grill pan and cook fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Warm tortillas on the grill pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
  5. 5. Assemble tacos by placing fish, mango, and red cabbage on each tortilla. Serve with lime wedges.
