Mango Coconut Parfait
A refreshing and tropical parfait with layers of mango, coconut yogurt, and granola.

Main Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- ½ cup granola
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Layer diced mangoes at the bottom of each serving glass.
Add a layer of coconut yogurt on top of the mangoes.
Sprinkle granola over the yogurt.
Repeat the layers if you have more space in the glass.
Top with shredded coconut and a drizzle of honey if desired.
