Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 large mango, peeled and sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and bell pepper, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the mango slices, soy sauce, and lime juice. Stir well.
  5. Pour in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
