Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes per side.
Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add mangoes and cook for another 3 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet, add chicken broth, and lime juice. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro before serving.
