Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chia seeds
  • 2 cups Almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 cup Mango puree fresh or canned
  • 2 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, stir the pudding and divide into serving bowls. Top with mango puree.
