Mango Chia Pudding
A refreshing and healthy dessert made with mango and chia seeds.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Chia seeds
- 2 cups Almond milk or any milk of choice
- 1 cup Mango puree fresh or canned
- 2 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, stir the pudding and divide into serving bowls. Top with mango puree.
