Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups Melted butter

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Mango puree
  • 3 units Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking pan.
  3. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add mango puree, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  5. Cool completely before cutting into bars. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
