Main Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 0.5 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- to taste Salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
In a bowl, combine mangoes, avocados, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix gently.
Heat corn tortillas in a pan over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side.
Fill each tortilla with the mango avocado salsa.
Serve immediately.
