  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 0.5 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • to taste Salt
  • 8 small corn tortillas

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, combine mangoes, avocados, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix gently.
  2. Heat corn tortillas in a pan over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the mango avocado salsa.
  4. Serve immediately.
