Main Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Mango peeled and sliced
- 1 Ripe Avocado peeled and sliced
- 4 sheets Rice Paper
- 1 cup Mixed Greens washed
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1. Soak rice paper sheets in warm water until soft.
2. Lay the softened rice paper on a flat surface.
3. Place a few slices of mango and avocado in the center of the rice paper.
4. Add a small handful of mixed greens on top.
5. Drizzle with lime juice and soy sauce.
6. Roll the rice paper tightly around the fillings.
7. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
