  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast diced
  • 1 whole Mango diced
  • 1 whole Avocado diced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, mango, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  2. 2. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Gently toss everything together until well combined.
