- 2 cups Sushi rice Cooked and seasoned
- 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)
- 1 piece Cucumber Cut into strips
- 1 piece Avocado Sliced
- 200 grams Fresh fish (like tuna or salmon) Thinly sliced
1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions and season with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
2. Place a sheet of nori on the bamboo mat, shiny side down.
3. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
4. Arrange the cucumber, avocado, and fish along the bottom edge of the rice.
5. Roll the bamboo mat away from you, pressing firmly to form a tight roll.
6. Slice the roll into 6-8 pieces with a sharp knife.
7. Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
