Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Chickpea Flour
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil plus extra for the skillet
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a cast iron skillet inside to heat up.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven and add a bit of olive oil to coat the bottom.
Pour the batter into the skillet and spread it out evenly.
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then cut into wedges and serve.
