A classic tropical cocktail made with rum, lime juice, and orgeat syrup.

Mai Tai Ingredients
- 1 oz White rum
- 1 oz Dark rum
- 0.5 oz Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 0.5 oz Orgeat syrup
- 0.5 oz Orange curaçao
- 0.25 oz Simple syrup
1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
