  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, mayonnaise, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. 3. Add the vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
