- 200 grams Smoked Salmon
- 4 Bagels sliced
- 1 cup Cream Cheese softened
- 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
- 1 Tomato thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Capers
1. Slice the bagels in half and toast them lightly.
2. Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on each bagel half.
3. Layer the smoked salmon, red onion, tomato, and capers on top of the cream cheese.
